About Laura Mai
Laura's journey began as a business analyst at the award-winning branding firm, Blackbridge Communications. Laura's diverse background also includes serving as the Director of Voice ESEA, a UK charity dedicated to combating violence against East and Southeast Asian communities. Her work has been recognised widely, with appearances on ITV, shedding light on ESEA hate crimes.

She currently serves as a freelance marketing, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and behavioral science consultant. Her portfolio includes experience as a behavioral psychology consultant at Desire Code, where she contributed to the advancement of behavioral science practices.
​
A passionate public speaker, Laura has shared her insights with audiences at events such as the Youth Marketing Strategy Conference, and for companies such as People Like Us, Lloyds Banking Group, People in Law, Microsoft, and LFX. She is also a growing influence on social media platforms, specializing in TikTok, where she garnered an impressive following of 16k+ followers in just one year, all without any ad spend.

In her free time, Laura is a multifaceted creative, a poetess, activist, and graphic designer, constantly exploring new hobbies and embracing fresh challenges.
